Responsibilities

•Make warm calls to interested customers
•Deliver excellent service: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
•Manage accounts: Build and maintain customer relationships for ongoing business
•Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle
•Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
•Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
•Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
•Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot

Qualifications

•One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended)
•Excellent Listening and Communication Skills
•Laptop and/or iPad
•High-Speed Internet
•Quiet Work Space
