The Job
As DEIF A/S experiences rapid growth, particularly in the Americas region, we are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee and manage human resources operations for our subsidiaries in Mexico, Brazil, and the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to actively contribute to the development of business performance and identify opportunities where HR can add strategic value.

'We are looking for a dedicated professional, who can drive and take responsibility for organisational change projects and provide high-quality HR support to the subsidiaries in the region with special focus on culture reinforcement and development, people engagement, recruitment and retention, market best practices and alignment', explains Senior Vice President of HR, Communication & Sustainability, Marjanne Grnhj.

Work location: we offer the opportunity to work from either our subsidiary in US, Mexico, or Brazil.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Design compensation and benefit packages to attract the right talents.
  • Ensure alignment of onboarding and retention processes with company culture and values in mind
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR best practices and people management.
  • Implement global HR processes while tailoring solutions to regional needs.
  • Drive competency development initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Ensure continued culture reinforcement and development.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical practices in all HR operations.
You will report directly to the SVP of HR, Communication, and Sustainability, with a dotted reporting line to DEIF's Vice President of the Americas region. Additionally, you will be part of the management team in the Americas region, working closely with managers and providing support to each subsidiary.

Required profile:

What you'll bring

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Master's degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • Proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience with recruiting people with different cultures in different countries in Americas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for driving organisational change and development.
  • A 'can-do' attitude.
