Operational learning & development experience, in-depth understanding of practices and experience of multiple delivery mechanisms. Knowledge Areas/Skills: A sound understanding of the principles of adults learning and development. A sound understanding of Leadership Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning and Organizational Development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Knowledge of competence assessment. Self-managing individual, capable of working autonomously. Strong influence, motivating and planning skills.
