As a Customer Success Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the retention and expansion of our strategic business accounts.

Your role will focus on driving growth, enhancing service adoption, and maximizing the lifetime value of our customers.

You will actively engage with clients, identify at-risk situations, and provide essential feedback to our leadership team to influence our service offerings and expansion.


Responsibilities:
Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and experiences, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Lead the renewal process from start to finish, including contract negotiations, to maintain a high retention rate.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer investment in our staffing solutions.
Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to identify opportunities for account expansion.
Conduct regular account reviews to monitor customer satisfaction and preemptively address potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to inform future strategies.
Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support and advice to customers.
Employ a combination of tech-touch and personal-touch outreach to proactively ensure customer health.
Take a consultative approach to ensure customers maximize their use of our solutions and renew their subscriptions annually.
Monitor customer organizational changes, identify at-risk customers, and coordinate efforts to mitigate risk.
Escalate issues promptly to drive timely and proactive resolution.

Education & Requirements:


Experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a technology, marketing firm, staffing or SaaS environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player, able to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with sales experience being an advantage.
Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, and handling multiple relationships at a time is a huge plus.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and train others.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
