  3. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Certifications: Certified in a patient safety or quality improvement certification program, such as the Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) or the Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA).
