Federal experience is not required. To qualify for this position at the grade 11 level you must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-9 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes demonstrated knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, to projects and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations; experience should include recommending alternatives and/or changes in methods, processes, and techniques to improve program and administrative procedures. For positions with an education requirement, or if you are qualifying for this position by substituting education or training for experience, submit a copy of your transcripts or equivalent.
