Job Title: Project Manager

At International Staff Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Assist in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project milestones and ensure effective communication.
  • Quality Control: Conduct on-site inspections to oversee progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential issues, work interferences, and schedule challenges to ensure project success.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Participate in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with project requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain project reports, records, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field OR 3-5 years of experience in underground pipeline construction or related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management and engineering design software such as MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
  • Industry Knowledge: Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
