As an expert in Investment Banking Operations, you will utilize your expertise in transaction cost management to handle requests from North American clients and suggest enhancements and improvements to processes. As we expand to onboard more clients, our business is evolving towards a consultative and challenger approach, requiring advanced business analysis in a fast-paced environment. This client-facing role demands excellent interpersonal skills, combined with industry and product knowledge and strong business analysis abilities. The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Fee and Expense Management delivery.

Job Responsibilities
- Obtain and model fee agreements publicly available and maintain in our software solution.
- Develop thorough understanding of exchange traded products and detail unique methods of deriving cost that are detailed in fee agreement.
- Manage requests from senior stakeholders and deconstruct problem statements into clear, actionable components.
- Independently review and manage client requests using strong analytical and data presentation skills.
- Recommend improvements to senior client stakeholders to incorporate into fee and expense management platform.
- Independently conduct meetings with senior client stakeholders from various business lines, including the efficiency, operations, and finance teams, to drive data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with development teams in New York and Jacksonville to ensure enhancements are implemented within timelines agreed with internal & external stakeholders.

Key Skills
- Should have strong hands-on operational and technical knowledge of FEMS platform (EXCALIBUR).
- Good Math skills are required to decode calculation methods into simple explainable equations.
- Advanced understanding of trade lifecycle.
- Advanced understanding of both payables and receivables processes.
- Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Fee and expense management.
- Should have strong hands-on operational and technical knowledge of FEMS platform (EXCALIBUR).
- Thorough understanding of payables and receivables processes.
