Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person meetings with homeowners to evaluate their unique situations, employing skilled negotiation techniques to finalize contracts for purchasing residential properties.
  • Maintain a systematic follow-up process with previous leads to re-engage homeowners and facilitate deal closures.
  • Actively participate in weekly training sessions and company meetings.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving personal and company acquisition targets, which may occasionally require weekend work.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and ambition to exceed company objectives.

Compensation:

Expected Earnings: $150,000+ (base salary plus commission)
