Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivering outstanding service to clients in the investment and banking sectors.
  • Articulate the value proposition of various financial products and services, aligning them with client needs.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries received via phone or email, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage all client issues from start to finish, maintaining a closed-loop process for issue resolution.
  • Handle inquiries related to banking and investment operations, including executing unsolicited securities trades (Series 7 & 63 required).
  • Ensure that all client claims and complaints are processed in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Adhere strictly to KYC/AML and other compliance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and utilize Salesforce for effective communication regarding tasks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with back-office teams to secure the highest level of support for client needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on client challenges and suggest improvements for service delivery.
  • Assist clients with requests for investment products and refer them to Financial Advisors as necessary.
  • Identify potential clients interested in establishing new accounts.
  • Execute targeted client outreach campaigns as directed by management.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and enhance relationships.
  • Complete all required training related to the role in a timely manner.
  • Assess risks associated with business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in client service or sales within the financial services industry.
  • Prior experience in a related role that provides a comprehensive understanding of industry practices.
  • Knowledge of diverse financial products and strong networking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.
  • Commitment to delivering a superior client experience.
  • Open to regular feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Possession of US Registered FINRA Series 7 & 63 is required; Series 66/65 is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
