We brought these two respected companies together to provide our clients with award winning expertise in HVAC and Plumbing for new construction, improvements, renovations, upfits, design-build, and installations in the commercial space.
As our team continues to grow, we are adding a Service Customer Administrator to the team. In this role, the Service Customer Administrator will provide direct support the Services Department. In this role, the Service Customer Administrator plays a key role in the team's success by coordinating and dispatching service technicians to the various service calls and maintenance projects. A crucial part of this role is ensuring a timely response to customer requests, strategic use of manpower, and attention to detail.
Requirements for this role include:
- 2+ years of experience in Dispatch or Service coordination for HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical companies.
- Familiar with HVAC and Plumbing systems or operations
- Highly Organized and Attention to Detail
- Ability to communicate and build relationships.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Experience working with Procore or ServiceTrade/Titan is a considered a plus.
This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. This role is 100% onsite and will be scheduled a 40-hour work week.
