The Senior Customer Assistance Representative (CAR Sr) role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. This position involves direct interaction with customers, primarily in person, to address their branch and rental requirements. We are currently seeking candidates for immediate openings. Responsibilities encompass:
- Handling incoming calls related to reservations, rate inquiries, and general customer support, providing solutions to customers, other branches, insurance firms, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.
- Managing outgoing calls for follow-ups, accounts receivable, and various assigned tasks.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing rental needs both in person and over the phone.
- Welcoming customers in a friendly and timely manner.
- Providing directions and general assistance as required.
- Assessing the condition of vehicles upon return.
- Processing vehicle returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
- Promoting the company while safely transporting customers and assisting them as needed.
- Communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services effectively.
- Possibly selling optional protection products, upgrades, and other equipment.
- Reporting any known vehicle issues and necessary maintenance to management.
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
- Performing various administrative and basic accounting tasks, including research and billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, and report generation.
- Carrying out miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Some college education is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months of administrative or customer service experience within the last 6 years is required.
- A valid US driver's license for at least 1 year is necessary.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- A satisfactory background check is mandatory, including driving history (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI in the last 3 years), employment references, and social security verification.
