Position Overview

Enterprise Mobility, a leading name in the automotive rental and leasing sector, is recognized for its commitment to excellence and employee satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Assistance Representative to enhance our customer service operations.

The Senior Customer Assistance Representative will deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients, primarily through direct interactions. This role involves supporting branch operations and fulfilling rental requirements, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

This position is full-time and offers competitive compensation.

Work Schedule:

  • Friday-Monday 1pm-12am
  • Friday-Tuesday 1pm-10pm
Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Senior Customer Assistance Representative include:

  • Handling incoming inquiries regarding reservations, pricing, and general information, while providing effective solutions to customers and partners.
  • Managing outbound calls for follow-ups and various customer service needs.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service by assessing rental needs and providing assistance both in-person and via phone.
  • Welcoming customers with a friendly demeanor and ensuring timely service.
  • Offering directions and general support to customers.
  • Evaluating the condition of vehicles upon return.
  • Processing vehicle returns and managing check-in procedures.
  • Promoting company services while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers.
  • Communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services effectively.
  • Assisting in the sale of optional products and upgrades.
  • Reporting any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management.
  • Cleaning vehicles as necessary, either manually or using equipment.
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including billing support and report generation.
  • Carrying out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Some college education preferred.
  • At least 6 months of relevant administrative or customer service experience within the last 6 years.
  • Valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of a background check, including driving history.
