What will you be doing? Join us and be proud to be the voice of our customers. Our Call Center Reps love helping customers The objective of this role is to establish relationships with our customers. You will be responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats, about our product, ordering process, delivery, and a variety of other customer-related issues. Leverage in-depth questions to reach first contact resolution. These seasonal positions on premise in our call center located at our headquarters. How will you make a difference? Provide outstanding customer service Communicate with customers by phone (both inbound and outbound), via email, or online chat Accurately entering in customers orders Navigate a computer with multiple windows and monitors Resolves any customer issues while providing an outstanding customer experience Manage the customer relationship from the initial call to the closure Keep current with product knowledge To join our Team, you need: Excellent communication skills with strong conflict management and negotiation ability Comfortable multi-tasking using both phone, email, and chat to communicate with customers Be creative; responsive and interested in learning new skills Organized, self-motivated, accurate, detail oriented, and proactive problem-solving with good judgement Personally, demonstrates high level of customer service engagement, problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive driven environment Able to adapt in a changing and growing environment 6 months to 2 years of Call Center experience Proficient knowledge in MS Office Excellent Attendance ? A High school diploma/GED required Why join our team? Employee events, games, parties, potlucks, and all-around fun in the workplace Bi-Weekly Payroll Hourly Wage $18 Base pay + overtime (overtime in December as business needs require and is scheduled by management) October Training Schedule: onsite 8:30a - 4:30p Monday - Friday, after successful completion of training schedule is approximately 25 hours a week through October. November Work Schedule: The call center operating hours are 8a -5p Monday - Friday, on November 19th we start opening on Saturdays 8a-5p, on November 28th the call center expands hours for the season to 7a-6:30p Monday-Friday, Saturdays 8a-5p. December Work Schedule: Call Center operating hours are Monday - Friday 7a - 6:30p, Saturday 8a-5p and Sunday noon-5p
