Responsibilities:
  • Plans and manages the materials supply for a well maintenance project. They work with a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals to ensure that material is available when and where it is needed and that it is moved efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for all trucking dispatching/scheduling in system for assigned regions
  • Manages requests from field for delivers/pick-up/changes
  • Monitors all jobs in system to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinates communications between supply yards, requesters, and trucking contractors to ensure timely delivery of correct materials
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of oil and gas planner/scheduler/ material logistics experience required.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines (engineering, operations, support)
  • Downhole or workover experience related to oilfield is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Trucking or logistics background required
  • Inventory management is a plus.
  • Must live within a 50-mile radius of Midland, TX
  • Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, etc.
