  • Coordinate equipment out to location in a timely manner
  • Dispatch emails with proper documentation to each vendor
  • Rotate between dispatch and administrative support
  • Address problems and find solutions
  • Contact vendors to address issues
  • Report all major issues to direct supervisor
  • Document and verify information on email threads
  • Keep live boards of current locations and equipment assigned to those locations
  • Update dispatch log live to track all assets on rent
  • Obtain weekly on rent report for vendors
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Extensive multitasking and prioritizing skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to be on call
  • Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position
