- Managing and processing life insurance policy changes.
- Determining and requesting the necessary documentation or paperwork needed to support a policy change.
- Reviewing submitted documentation for accuracy and completion.
- Responding to income emails, phone calls, and faxes promptly.
- Providing gain quotes and taxations.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; with 1 year of customer service experience, financial services experience is preferred.
- Ability to learn our life products, policies, provisions, and regulatory guidelines quickly.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to actively listen.
- Ability to manage complex tasks utilizing an intermediate math/accounting skillset.
- Proper time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn/retain utilization of computer systems essential for the job functions, including Microsoft Office, and internal processing systems.
- Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
