Required Experience • 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, content management, or information organization, with a focus on collaborative or decentralized approaches. • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and methodologies, particularly as they apply to a decentralized model. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams. • Demonstrated ability to facilitate training programs and workshops. • Proficiency in knowledge management tools and collaborative platforms. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. • Experience working in a Human Resources environment is a plus. • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with a passion for fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration. Preferred Qualifications • Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Knowledge Management application • Experience developing and implementing knowledge management strategies in a decentralized environment.
