**Job Summary**:

- **Office Organization**: Help maintain an organized office environment by managing filing systems, office supplies, and equipment. Assist in ensuring the office is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for office staff. Help coordinate calendars and manage scheduling conflicts to optimize time management and productivity.
- **Document Management**: Assist in managing and organizing electronic and physical documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Help in drafting and editing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- **Communication Coordination**: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications. Assist in coordinating communication between office staff, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of office activities, expenses, and transactions. Assist in preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes. Ensure that meeting rooms are set up and equipped with necessary materials and technology.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Assist in making travel arrangements for office staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Coordinate travel itineraries and provide support with travel-related documentation and logistics.
- **General Office Support**: Provide general administrative support to office staff, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Assist in organizing office events, celebrations, and team-building activities.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
