**Office Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Managing filing systems.
- Multi-tasking is required.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
- Coordinating calendars daily.
- Maintaining office equipment daily.
- Experience as a virtual assistant using Zoom or other form.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Reading commercial blueprints is a plus.
- Having any CAD experience is a plus. 2020 experience valued.
- Multi language a plus but not required.

**Office Assistant Requirements**:

- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related cabinetry field.
- Must know how to use Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Will be tested in interview.
- Must know the terminology of a kitchen and cabinet. Non negotiable.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Have a valid driver's license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
