- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
- High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
- 2+ Years relevant job experience that aligns to the specific responsibilities of this position

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the office manager and team, managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Handle financial tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, accounts, and reconciliation.
- Utilize Excel for spreadsheet creation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for records and reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate efficient workflow and projects.
- Identify and resolve administrative and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Support the office manager and Vice President in executing duties effectively.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
