**Compensation**:

- In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

**Role Summary**:
The Program Support Coordinator is responsible for all routine support services, UC portal data entry and administrative support. Ensures service delivery is trauma-informed, culturally appropriate, and tailored to the needs of each child while maintaining all program requirements of ORR.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reports any incidents/accidents according to incident reporting procedures and protocols, within designated timelines as outlined in the reporting procedures. Ensures staff are knowledgeable of and adheres to the reporting procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with assistant directors and program director to ensure compliance with program standards.
- Supports The Haven by providing a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to, opening clients in the UC Portal in the agency’s electronic health record.
- Generate documents and spreadsheets using tools such as Canva, Slide Go, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Run reports about billable services within the electronic health record and disperse reports to appropriate staff and supervisors.
- Facilitate internal and external communication with vendors, agencies/organizations, and community partners.
- Ensures all documents are uploaded to the appropriate record and redacted as needed to ensure compliance with agency standards of protected health information.
- Manages and maintains other records in accordance to set policies and procedures.
- Ensures internal department meetings agendas are completed and sent to appropriate parties.
- Maintains** **confidentiality of all pertinent client information.
- Performs other duties as may become necessary or as directed.

**Education/Certifications**:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s in a related field from an accredited college or university is required.

**Experience**:

- Three to four years’ experience in program support and coordination, preferably within a child welfare program, mental health program or other human service organization.
- Relevant experience in nonprofit sector, program support, and cross-teaming.
- General knowledge of foster care, residential services and/or ORR programs and services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, with a broad range of delegated responsibilities.
- Good grammar, diction, and ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
