Precision Door Service will invest in your personal and professional growth by providing you with the training to reach your potential. As the office administrator you will be an integral part of our team.

You will be trained in all facets of the business. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Serving as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.
- Managing and tracking employee IT equipment.
- Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts, collections, monthly reports, and orders.
- Assisting with daily office activities and paperwork-flow.
- Supporting projects assigned by management and performing various duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or proven experience.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
