Job Title: Client Success Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management and Sales Support:

- Investigate and resolve client issues and concerns in a prompt manner.
- Regularly solicit feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns and feedback and ensuring effective communication and swift resolution of issues.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, promoting a smooth transition and understanding of laboratory services and processes
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for clients on laboratory protocols, sample collection procedures, and results, as needed.
- Develop educational materials and resources to support client training.
- Partner with the sales team to identify lead generation opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Facilitate smooth handoffs and transitions of leads within the sales pipeline, working closely with sales representatives.

2. Networking and Events:

- Actively participate in local, state, and national networking events and conferences to build relationships and promote our multi-industry solutions.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and event planning to increase brand visibility and support promotional activities.
- Manage the conference schedule, handling the registration and logistics when attending and/or exhibiting.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and oversee budgets for marketing and event expenses.

3. Digital and Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand and product awareness on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Regularly produce engaging content (2-3 posts weekly) that educates, informs, and captivates our diverse target demographics, employing effective hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
- Identify and utilize key hashtags to optimize reach and engagement with the target audience.
- Respond promptly to direct messages, comments, questions, and inquiries to maintain a strong online presence and foster customer interaction.
- Highlight team members through social media to personalize the brand and strengthen trust with prospective and current clients.
- Plan and coordinate client engagement efforts such as newsletters, webinars, and workshops to boost client connection and satisfaction across various industries.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding updates, changes, or improvements to laboratory services and procedures.

4. General Assistance and Support:

- Support various tasks to ensure efficient operations within the department.
- Participate in hiring, team building, and training initiatives to enhance the capabilities of team members across different sectors.
- Handle administrative tasks to facilitate smooth department operations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in client management, sales support, and digital marketing. Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with a solid understanding of their best practices.
- Communication Proficiency: Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills. Ability to craft engaging content and effectively interact with diverse online audiences.
- Initiative and Multitasking: Proactive mindset with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Industry Experience: Knowledge of the Clinical Laboratory sector is preferred.
- Teamwork: Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with teams.
