**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Success/Renewal Manager at Working Capital Marketplace located in Irvine, CA. As a Customer Success/Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our valued customers. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for account renewal, and providing support throughout the customer lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and assistance.
- Proactively reach out to clients to check on their progress, gather feedback, and address any challenges they may be facing.
- Manage the renewal process for existing clients, discussing renewal options and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' businesses to understand their current financial situation and future funding needs.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales and operations to communicate client feedback and drive client success.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
