Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an assistant Store Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Reporting to the store manager
- Observe and enforce all store rules and company policies
- Observe all local, state and federal regulations as required and ensuring full compliance is maintained throughout the entire store
- Act as the company's representative both within the store and within the community
- Control level of damaged and spoiled products
- Supervise team of store staff members
- Write schedules
- Train employees
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain customer service excellence throughout the store
- Breaking down and sorting loads
- Perform sales floor duties, such as greeting or assisting customers, stocking shelves, filling in where needed
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed
- Order in the grocery department
- Work closely with vendors

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
