**Responsibilities**:

- Connect callers to the correct person within the office
- Assist with scheduling maintenance visits
- Routing of technicians
- Scheduling service calls
- Renewing contracts
- Checking PP24 daily for alerts
- Entering maintenance contracts/recurring events in Service Titan
- Supporting technicians in the field including subcontractors
- Calling in electrical reconnects to power providers after installations are complete in the afternoon

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Complete and concise message taking is a must
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Must be able to de-escalate/defuse anxious clients quickly
- Construction experience preferred
