Summary:

5HM Hub International Texas's Client Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry's top talent to help guide and support our customer's needs and provide them with innovative solutions.

As the Assistant Account Manager for 5HM Hub International Texas, you will assist with the following:

  • certificates of insurance
  • policy changes
  • gathering renewal information
  • general account assistance as needed

Candidate will work closely with the office manager and producers. This position will require meeting daily production standards, goals and service commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing service work as needed on a daily basis. Including but not limited to the following: certificates of insurance, policy changes and client payments.
  • Interacting with clients at a professional level.
  • Completing all assigned tasks or projects, as needed.
  • Identifying areas of needed improvement while in the process of entering insurance documentation into the management system and making immediate supervisor aware either verbally or in writing of the need.
  • Maintaining accurate training materials at his/her workstation to ensure adherence to policies and procedures in relations to the company, area and clients.
  • Other job responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multiple tasking environment
  • Prior data processing experience, preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
