- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities
- Perform tasks including data entry, filing, and updating records
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Support various departments with clerical tasks
**Experience**:
- Experience in event planning
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong customer support skills
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is a plus
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role
- Familiarity with phone systems and call handling procedures
- Ability to handle order entry efficiently
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is beneficial
- Background as a medical receptionist is advantageous
- Proficient in file management and organization
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
