Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for Department Administration Support. This is a 12 Month contract in San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Description:

- Executive Assistant to VP of Advanced Memory Systems
- Calendar and Meeting management: coordinate internal and external meetings including staff meetings, quarterly reviews, vendor and customer meetings, processing of NDA's, virtual meetings/Zoom scheduling, off
- site meetings and events, and one-on-one meetings.
- Assist with food orders, meeting needs, agenda support.
- Proactively manage calendar requests and conflicts
- Handle all travel (flight, hotel, car) arrangements (domestic and international)
- Expense management duties, which includes submitting expense reports and receipts in a timely manner
- Team events
- Provide on boarding support for new hires. Includes space, equipment requests, on boarding meeting scheduling, preparing cube space and being admin point of contact for new hire
- Provide on boarding support for new vendors and agencies, ensuring they have the right access and documents/enablement required to get them up and running
- Project work as needed to support teams’ goals.
- In general, daily tasks are carried out at a higher level of complexity. Leverage your administrative expertise to be two steps ahead of your executive; your job will be to problem solve, intuitively understand priorities, and plan ahead for reoccurring events and tasks
