• Minimum 8 years experience in PC/printers support & maintenance. Image deployment Support, Windows 10, Active directory, Group Policy, Backup and restoration, Networking and PC support, printer and iPhone support
• Experience in PC (Desktop / Laptop) troubleshooting and general IT Support in an Enterprise environment.
• Experience in supporting Window 10 client environment, MS Outlook, office 365.
• Knowledge of McAfee Antivirus and Bit locker encryption. Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Pleasant personality & positive attitude
• Effective end user communication. Analytical skills & customer oriented.
• Active Directory & Group Policy knowledge. Backup jobs and restoration knowledge
• Network troubleshooting.
