The Executive Leadership Support Manager manages all aspects of administrative support for all members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Schedule meetings and manage the calendars of the ELT, with priority given to the CEO.
- Collect receipts and complete expense reports for the ELT, including monthly credit card reconciliation to the Finance team.
- Assist in coordinating and distributing meeting documents/materials/agendas.
- Provide front desk support to guests, clients, and vendors.
- Greet and route guests/visitors and provide information as asked.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, as well as provide backup support for handling outgoing mail to Facility and Safety Manager as needed.
- Print correspondence materials, letters, memos, agendas, spreadsheets, etc., for any staff at the headquarters office.
- Perform errands on behalf of the ELT.
- Prepare and coordinate outside printing of business cards, documents, reports, copies, etc.
- Coordinate set-up/clean-up of meeting rooms.
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries for the ELT.
- Liaise with the Board of Directors as requested and directed by the CEO and ELT.
- On behalf of the CEO, coordinate with external stakeholders as needed.
- Support the CEO with document management, presentations, and any other admin tasks.
- Assist with event planning for the CEO and ELT.
- Other duties, as assigned.

**ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- High school diploma, equivalent or GED
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

**Experience**
- 3-5 years experience providing executive level administrative support
- 3 years’ experience in an administrative role

**Other Requirements**
- Must have and maintain valid drivers’ license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel within and throughout region where services are provided.
- Must complete and pass background check.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT**

This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. They must be capable of writing, using a computer keyboard, telephone and related office equipment. Ability to lift 30 lbs.
The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
The employee will be working in community environments, employment sites and office environments. The employee will experience normal office conditions with a well-lighted work area and minor noise from standard office equipment.
