Greenwing Technology is looking for a full time technically savvy customer success manager who loves to go above and beyond for the customer. Duties of the customer success manager will include maintaining customer relationships, contributing to sales and marketing, on-boarding and training clients as well asn ticketing system management.

Greenwing Technology is an industry leader in the world of e-Procurement punchout catalogs. Our team services organizations of all sizes ranging from 1-2 person teams to organizations over $1B+ in sales. The web developer will work and get to know every one of our customers and partners.

Ideal applicants will be self-starters who will be allowed to work remotely as needed but being located in Mid-Atlantic area is a plus for the occasional onsite visit if needed (Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland).

**Responsibilities**:

- Project management of new customers and integrations
- Execute and perfect customer onboarding procedures
- Work with customer success team to address customer tickets
- Interfacing with clients to assess needs on new project work
- Execute and document processes for continuous process improvement
- Testing and QA of new customer integrations

Customer Success Manager Requirements

Communications, Marketing or Similar Degree
- Experience working within a software company (SAAS experience is preferred)
- Project Management Certificate or relevant experience
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of customer success processes
- Experience in document creation
- Passion for service and exceeding expectations

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
