The Quality Compliance Manager, reporting to the Location President, is responsible for diligent and experienced compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining quality-oriented compliance procedures, with a focus on ISO, GMP, and SFI standards. This role requires a meticulous individual with expertise in audits, maintaining procedure manuals, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements):

• Oversee and manage all aspects of quality compliance procedures, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001-2015, SFI CoC, and GMP standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to support ongoing compliance efforts.

• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

• Maintain and update procedure manuals to reflect current regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and compliance standards.

• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends, and adjust procedures accordingly.

• Act as a liaison between Bell Container and regulatory agencies, ensuring open communication and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications (What you’ll need to be successful):

• HS degree or GED required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is helpful but not required (Quality Management, Engineering, etc.).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality compliance role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in corrugated packaging.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, GMP, and SFI CoC standards.

• Proven experience in conducting audits and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.
