The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in fortifying relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to our assigned accounts. This position requires a keen understanding of client objectives, meticulous attention to detail, and the proficiency to direct inquiries to the appropriate resources or resolve them promptly. As a bridge between our clients and service teams, the Customer Success Manager ensures client needs are met and service levels exceed expectations. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough reviews of service tickets and opportunities. Monitor email communications and manage warranty and service renewals diligently. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Manage customer orders and input ticketing information into our Service Management system. Perform general office duties as assigned and follow up with clients through calls and emails to gauge satisfaction and address any pending issues. Work towards meeting and surpassing service level agreements and client objectives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and listening, are crucial. The ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including clients, employees, and applicants. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications—Excel, Word, Outlook. Strong multitasking skills with the capacity to swiftly shift directions as needed. A dynamic, proactive approach to working in a fast-paced office environment. Previous IT industry experience is a significant advantage. Minimum Job Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, multi-line phone system environment. Proven background in help desk or customer service roles within fast-paced settings. A balanced skill set encompassing clerical, phone, and service-oriented tasks. Strong written communication abilities. 3-5 years of office & clerical experience. Why Join Us?
