**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct high-volume review of call-center actions to include quality-assurance (QA) scoring, closed-loop feedback, trend analysis, and reporting for management and colleagues.
- Upload data, including consumer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction to client systems and spreadsheets for use in reporting and analysis.
- Thoroughly & completely investigate and assist in preparation of responses to official customer inquiries and government agencies.
- Deliver fair outcomes and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
- Assist in the preparation of data, deliverable and remediation of government, internal and client audits.
- Support the design, improvement, and implementation of our compliance management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience reviewing compliance within debt collections, preferably within a 3rd-party servicer, is required. Legal education/schooling and or familiarity with licensing would be considered in place of experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual fluency preferred (English + Spanish or French).
- Must be of high moral character, be able to make objective decisions, and be willing to champion the Company’s values.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality; flexibility to work evenings on a regular rotation.
- Computer literacy to include firm understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to interact politely and professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent writing skills are required.
