**CLINICAL PATHOLOGY ASSOCIATES**
TITLE: Strategic Account Executive - Houston
DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: Director of Business Development
LOCATION: Houston, TX
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for targeting and securing profitable new business by building relationships, opening new business, and driving new sales growth. The Strategic Account Executive has call point ownership of certain accounts. **This position includes quarterly bonuses based on revenue per account and a company car.**
FLSA STATUS: Exempt TYPE OF POSITION: Full Time
**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL** - Play a pivotal role in promoting our products/services and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels.**:
- **Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.**:
- **Presenting product demonstrations and effectively communicating the value of our offerings.**:
- **Closing deals to achieve sales targets.**:
- **Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.**
**WORK EXPERENCE REQUIREMENT**
- 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or with account ownership
- Special Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license.
- A motor vehicle record in good standing.
**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences preferred.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must be able to operate a vehicle.
- Requires walking, carrying supplies or specimens.

- While performing the duties of this job, employees should be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- The employee is required to stand and walk, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch—some bending and stretching are required.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
