**Inside Sales Representative - PVF Industrial Distributor**

The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through product knowledge, problem-solving and responsiveness. You will partner with the Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) on a regular basis and function in a team environment reporting to the Director of Inside Sales & Customer Service.
**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Actively engage customers to fully identify needs, process inquiries, interact with vendors, prepare quotations, and secure orders both independently and in partnership with the OSR.
- Manage all aspects of a project/order including submittal preparation, vendor coordination, scheduling, deliveries, emergencies and billing disputes.
- Utilize an ERP/operating system and CRM to manage all aspects of customer engagement. Experience with Epicor is preferred however not a requirement.
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and participate in training seminars across all product categories in an effort to deliver best in class technical support.
- Occasionally travel with OSR to better understand customer needs, assess future opportunities and strengthen the overall relationship.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time-management and organization.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and related products.
- Previous inside sales rep experience is a MUST.
- Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings and other waterworks related history is a MUST.
