About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our outside sales team to expand our product offerings and customer base.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence from customers to inform our sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Process quotes and orders in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers after sales, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare job order quotations based on customer requests and information.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
  • Excellent phone and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS applications (EXCEL required).
