Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our outside sales team to expand our product offerings and customer base.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence from customers to inform our sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Process quotes and orders in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Provide ongoing support to customers after sales, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare job order quotations based on customer requests and information.
- High school graduate or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
- Excellent phone and customer-facing skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Computer literate and proficient in MS applications (EXCEL required).
