Your Role: As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be the heartbeat of our call center, managing customer accounts and addressing issues with a commitment to quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing our CRM tool to keep meticulous records of calls, sales, and valuable insights.
  • Selling the value of an in-home consultation to schedule appointments for our Field Sales Representatives.
  • Coordinating with the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Following up on all voicemails and inquiries with the zest and zeal that defines our call center.
