**SUMMARY**: Under the leadership of the Area Director and Senior Director, the program manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the program. A Program Manager develops, implements, and provides supervision for 1-3 LSS programs. Works with Director to establish program budgets and ensure that the programs operate within said budgets. Provides management and supervision of staff, volunteers, and resources. Ensures staff receive adequate training both job specific and agency wide.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include**: (other duties may be assigned by supervisor)
- Implements, coordinates and monitors program(s).
- Ensures that daily administrative tasks and clerical duties are accomplished in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assists supervisor in Fiscal Management to ensure that program is running at budgeted levels.
- Oversees Data Base Management Systems and operations.
- Fosters positive relationships with staff and volunteers.
- Facilitates volunteer coordination and supervision.
- Assists supervisor with public relations tasks and fundraising.
- Supervises ordering of supplies and equipment including PO generation.
- Reviews and adheres to work scope for each program.
- Fulfills all grant requirements.
- Trains staff with guidance from supervisor.
- Determines client eligibility for program.
- Approves client funds/expenses as needed.
- Monitors charts for service provision in Quality Assurance tasks.
- Assures Confidentiality and HIPPA Privacy Rules Compliance.
- Participates in required meetings/trainings.
- Provides back-up of staff positions as needed.
- Assists supervisor with annual staff performance evaluations.
- Carries a caseload (such as Case Management) if needed.
- Plans, conducts and documents staff meetings.
- Oversees crisis intervention responses and involves clinical staff as appropriate.
