Program Management Coordinator Role

The April Parker Foundation is on the lookout for a dedicated Program Management Coordinator to oversee a variety of administrative and programmatic responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing initiatives and activities while executing vital operational functions. A strong candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit when working with diverse teams. Individuals with a background in program development and human resources support are highly encouraged to consider this opportunity. The main goal is to ensure the effective management of programs in accordance with the foundation's objectives.

On-site presence is required 3-4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of program initiatives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and external partners
  • Organize meetings and events, and manage schedules
  • Ensure the effective use of technology in all operational processes
  • Prepare necessary documentation and arrange materials
  • Keep updated records and generate reports
  • Document notes and maintain records within the Unite Us Platform
  • Engage in staff meetings and case discussions
  • Support the growth and development of programs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a program coordinator or similar capacity
  • Knowledgeable in program management and development methodologies
  • Understanding of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting processes
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on task completion
Compensation and Benefits:
