Program Management Specialist Role

On-site presence is required 3-4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of program initiatives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and external partners
  • Organize meetings and events, ensuring schedules are maintained
  • Utilize technology effectively to support all operational tasks
  • Prepare necessary documentation and arrange materials
  • Keep updated records and generate reports as needed
  • Document notes and maintain records within the designated platform
  • Engage in staff meetings and case discussions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of programs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a program coordinator or similar capacity
  • Knowledgeable in program management and development methodologies
  • Familiar with budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting processes
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work effectively within diverse teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on task execution
