Job description

**Responsibilities**:
Financial record keeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, tax compliance, and project audit support. Maintaining insurance documents for all the sub-contractors, vendors and builders.

Required Qualifications:

- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Reliable transportation for daily tasks outside the office: ie
- PO Box, Supplies etc.
- Job Cost Tracking and Follow-up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Document scanning, maintenance of documents, invoices and other paperwork through efficient filing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team through collaboration
- Proficient in Quickbooks 2+ years; prepare proposals on word in Quickbooks - experience required
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accounts Payable and Receivable - Verbal and Written Communication with clients
- Collections for outstanding invoices
- Notary Public
- AIA Forms - knowledge preferred
- Procore, Builders Connect and Supply Pro programs
- Payroll Management - 1099 Sub-Contractors
