Office Manager/billing Coordinator

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage billing processes and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- File and manage important documents.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in medical office management or administration.
- Proficiency in office software and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with insurance verification and authorization.
Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour, with adjustments based on experience.
