**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and organized Talent Management Assistant to support the Talent Management area and our Human Resources team in various aspects of talent management, employee development, performance management, and internal communications processes.

**Requirements**:

- ** Assist in Training and Development**:
Collaborate with the Talent Management to organize training programs.
Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- ** Support Performance Management**:
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of evaluations.
Help employees and managers understand and navigate performance management system(s).
Support Talent Management keep employee data up to date in Performance Management system.
- ** Internal Communications**:
Assist in creating internal communications related to Talent Development initiatives.
- ** Employee Engagement Activities**:
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Collect feedback and suggestions from employees for improvement.
- ** Assist in Compliance and Documentation**:
Support compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assist in maintaining HR documents, records, and files.
- ** Human Resources Team**:
Assist in various additional duties.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-year prior experience in HR or talent management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in virtual communication tools and/or HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a remote environment.
- A high degree of flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the rapid changes that come with a growing business environment.
