Position Overview:- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and recommending high-quality candidates.
- Build and sustain a robust talent pool for Troon facilities across the globe.
- Employ diverse sourcing strategies to draw in top-tier talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to evaluate requirements and devise effective recruitment plans.
- Facilitate interviews and manage the applicant tracking system efficiently.
- Engage in HR-related initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Preferred: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with the golf, hospitality, and retail sectors is advantageous.
