Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled Bilingual Recruiter who is fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing a robust background in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing Paycor or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to effectively manage and enhance the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent for diverse roles within the organization.
  • Leverage Paycor and other ATS tools to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to comprehend hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Paycor and ATS.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and requirements for new roles.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Paycor and other ATS tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, and presentation.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
