About the Position :


We are in search of a skilled Spanish-English Talent Acquisition Specialist with fluency in both languages and a solid background in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing Paycor or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to enhance and streamline the hiring process.


Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent for diverse roles within the organization.

2. Leverage Paycor and other ATS tools to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.

3. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.

4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

5. Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications.

6. Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.

7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

8. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Paycor and ATS.

9. Assist in crafting job descriptions and requirements for new positions.

10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2. Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.

3. Proficiency in using Paycor and other ATS tools.

4. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

5. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent communication skills:
oral, written, and presentation.

6. Proven track record in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

7. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

8. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

9. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
