**Job Overview**:
The Sales Manager oversees all aspects of the GSC sales process from initial contact to receiving a PO. This position is focused on providing incomparable customer service for future and current clients. The Sales Manager must utilize sales experience to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend weekly meeting with senior management
- Manage Hubspot Sales to provide accurate up to date information at all times
- Work closely with GSC leadership team
- Manage revenue/budget forecasting and attendance goal setting meetings;
- Utilize B2B sales and marketing pipelines to drive client acquisition to meet goals
- Manage hiring and training for all GSC sales team members
- Travel as needed to meet with clients nationally
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Communicate effectively with GSC employees and customers using open, professional dialogue and solution focused communication
- Actively seek information on companywide business
- Work regularly with senior management and team to solicit and communicate information
- Support and embrace company policy and act as a role model by instilling and supporting customer and business-focused decisions
- Ability to coach and delegate appropriately
- Manage autonomy with accountability
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multitask
- Creative, organized and detail oriented
- Excellent customer relation skills along with written and oral skills
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
**Required Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or Sales
- 3-5 years of B2B experience
- Experience selling a service
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, Hubspot or other CRMs
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience in B2B safety or manufacturing sales
- Experience with Injury Prevention
